After 6 months of time extensions granted, the contractor who wanted this has left the state, so it's available again.

2 Large rooms plus kitchen and 2 bathroom hallway. Length is about 60'. Needs new siding; this has the old T-111 siding that can allow mushrooms to grow (and has a few small examples of this). Bathroom floors need a bit of repair + new linoleum. Beyond that, no water damage that we’re aware of, but smells a little dank after being shut for months. This building could work well for a variety of purposes, but would need additional interior walls if you’d like to make a home out of it (and additional insulation wouldn’t hurt). Work to be done? Yes, but you won't beat the price: $1 (no zeros). Additional $ if you want the appliances and/or exterior stairs, as we will otherwise reuse them. Also: please keep in mind your costs for relocation! We are going to replace rather than remodel.

Note: while the electrical works, power was previously shut-off in preparation for moving. Please don't be a flake or a dreamer (we've already had our share). While this is free, moving it will take $ & diligence.
