In USED shape, will need a clean and some spots need new carpet, but the bones are REALLY good and sturdy!
If you have the skills, would look great in a different carpet completely (like purple or sumthin').
Our cat is really healthy, she's just much older and prefers her mum's bed or the couch. We keep her fleas well under control, and she hasn't touched this in a few years, so that shouldn't be much of a problem.
