Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Production Worker to support our operations team in the shop and office. This role offers hands-on experience in production workflows, inventory management, and order fulfillment while working alongside our lead, Mina. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a broad skill set across manufacturing, logistics, and e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities
Production & Assembly
Prepare, cut, bundle, and package flooring and pavement tapes according to specifications and quality standards.
Operate equipment safely and efficiently; perform routine maintenance and cleaning as directed.
Inspect finished products for defects; identify and flag quality issues for resolution.
Inventory & Logistics
Receive, organize, and store materials and finished goods in the warehouse.
Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation in coordination with (Inventory/Logistics Lead).
Prepare orders for shipment; generate and apply labels; coordinate fulfillment logistics.
Administrative Support
Update and maintain production logs, inventory records, and packing documentation.
Assist with order entry, SKU verification, and data entry in Veeqo and related systems.
Support Mina with general office tasks, scheduling, and coordination as needed.
Learning & Development
Learn iFloortape's production workflows, quality standards, and operational procedures.
Develop proficiency with tools, equipment, and software systems used in daily operations.
Contribute ideas for process improvements and efficiency gains.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
Familiarity with inventory management systems or e-commerce fulfillment.
Basic computer skills and comfort with data entry.
Knowledge of Amazon FBA or similar fulfillment platforms a plus.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
Comfortable standing, walking, and moving about the shop and warehouse for extended periods.
Ability to work in a temperature-controlled and occasionally noisy environment.
