I mod game systems for cash and can hook you up with the programs and games to run homebrew. I mostly just do Nintendo Switches, but they have to be a low serial # for it to work. Firmware version doesn't matter, only the serial HAC-001 or XAW. I also mod NES and SNES Classics, and can also do PSP & PS Vita. If anyone is interested, my rates are fair to mod systems. 50$ for Switch and that includes games, but you need a USB to USB-C cord, a jig and a flash drive for the PC software to boot into it. Or an Android app called Rekardo, for that you'd need a double ended USB-C cable.
