JGR Shipping is hiring delivery drivers who take pride in doing a tough job well. This is a physical, fast-paced role where you’ll work independently, stay active all day, and get paid based on how you perform.

You know Salem: You can organize your van so you get done faster and can navigate the Salem area.

You are an Owner: You don’t need a manager looking over your shoulder. You solve problems at the door to ensure the customer gets their package on time, every time.
What You’ll Do
Master the Route: Own the delivery and pickup cycle within precise time windows.
Keep it Locked In: Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections daily.
Load Optimization: Organize your daily deliveries at the Terminal to ensure a seamless "flow" from first stop to last.
Safe Maneuvering: Navigate tight residential and commercial spaces with zero-incident discipline.
The Requirements
Age: 21+ years old.
Record: A clean 3-year driving history (No DUIs or major speeding/20+ over).
Reliability: Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
Availability: Full-time (5-day schedule) including Saturdays.
The Rewards
Starting Pay: $750.00 per week.

Top drivers earn $900–$1,000+ with performance bonuses
