In good shape, minor wear and tear, never had any water leaks. Insulated to be comfortable year-round. No slide-out, which cuts down on potential for leaks or mechanical failure. Has been mostly used as a work-from-home office over the last year.
13,500btu A/C works well when the trailer is plugged into 35amp service. (The manufacturer recommends not to use the a/c or microwave on battery power only, everything else works fine on just the battery.)
Propane 3-burner range, oven, 30,000btu heater, and 6 gallon water heater. Dual powered propane/electric fridge that will auto-switch between sources. Queen size murphy bed over a fold-flat couch with extra storage underneath. Dinette booth folds flat for an extra bed, lots of extra storage, both inside and out. Extra large fresh, gray, and black tanks (60, 40, 40 gallons).
Tires and wheels in great shape, has spent a lot of it's time in storage. All plumbing in good condition, power awning with led lighting barely been used.
Dual 20lb propane tanks, 2 year old marine deep-cycle battery, full size spare tire included.
No solar, but is a good candidate for a solar conversion.
