Does have 2 patches in the lower blue part of tent from bed rails sliding in previous owner didn’t clear before pushing in beds. Does not leak.
Battery that has a switch to turn off to conserve energy.
Propane tank.
No toilet or shower.
2 full/queen beds with heated mattresses
dining table off to the side to turn into double bed (can access bed with out having to climb over dining table.
