This trailer has been mostly covered for many years, but the very front section has been exposed and the exterior does need to be recaulked, which travel trailers typically need every 5 years or so. Because it has not been done in many years, there is some noticeable water damage in the smaller front storage compartment area.
We are pricing it accordingly and knocking about $1800 off what we'd otherwise ask for a good deal and so the next owner can handle the task. There is a great opportunity to save money and get a very clean trailer for much less here.
