You're a strong fit if you:
Have 5+ years of hands-on high volume collision repair experience
Can manage everything from minor repairs to heavy structural work
Specialize in panel replacement, structural repair, or frame straightening
Hold or are pursuing I-CAR, ASE, or OEM certifications
MIG and Aluminum welding certifications required
Tesla experience a big plus
