We are looking for dependable, hard-working people who show up on time, communicate clearly, and take pride in quality work. This is a small crew, so reliability and a strong work ethic are very important. Steady year-round work is expected, including winter work.
What a Journeyman Painter Should Know
A journeyman painter should be able to work with little supervision and understand the full painting process from start to finish. This includes proper prep work, masking, sanding, caulking, patching, priming, spraying, brushing, rolling, cutting in clean lines, and completing interior and exterior painting projects professionally. A journeyman should know how to protect floors, furniture, landscaping, and job sites, keep tools and materials organized, recognize coating problems, follow directions, communicate clearly, and produce quality work without needing to be taught basic painting skills.
Requirements
A valid driver’s license is required for all positions. Do not apply if you do not have a valid driver’s license.
Additional requirements:
Must be able to drive to the paint shop 3–4 times per week

Attendance and Family Flexibility
We understand that family responsibilities come up, such as taking kids to school, needing time off for a child’s birthday, or handling family situations.
