I am a small window and door contractor located in Salem Oregon looking to hire a new window installer or helper. Right now work ranges from 30 - 40+ hours a week but will become more stable at at the high end in the next weeks. The right candidate needs to have:
First and foremost is quality attention to detail patient and precise and be reliable.
Respectful thoughtful careful and aware of their surroundings to not damage anything
Window, siding, or finish carpentry experience a plus
Ability to do caulking uniform clean and professional a plus
Wanting to learn and grow skills
Must be able to clear a background check and drug test
Lift 80+ lbs
Work on ladders and scaffolding
have the ability to work some long days sometimes to get jobs done on schedule
be available to work 6 days a week occasionally if needed
