This is a nice Vintage Collins Double bit axe. The head is ten inches across and is reasonably sharp without any chips out of the cutting edges. There is some light pitting on the main body of the axe. The handle is straight grained hickory and 36" long. I just rehung the head, so it is nice and tight.
