I put batteries in it and got nothing, but I can see under the dash there's a wire that’s not connected & the insulation has come off the wire. I can turn the drive shafts by hand and they both turn, the spring on one of the drive shafts is messed up (see photo), this shaft does however turn with much less resistance. The steering wheel turns and I can feel it clicking through the different switches.
Pieces of the boat are missing, what is pictured is all there is. My photos show/highlight any problem areas I notice. There is not a stand.
Sold as is, as shown, as a restoration project.
