These are brand new. I took them out of the plastic bag to make photos.
I bought them for my granddaughter who is at the top of her height and weight chart at six years old. Didn’t even have to unwrap them to see that they were too small. Didn’t feel like going through the hassle of returning them.
They are 16 inches long as shown in the photos and would be perfect for a smaller child.
They have some sort of a light to light up like kids athletic shoes.
