HP Z27s 4k UHD 27" monitor - $100 (Salem)

1234

condition: fair
make / manufacturer: HP
model name / number: Z27s
size / dimensions: 27"

I have for sale an HP Z27s 4K monitor for sale.

Has 2 HDMI ports, Display Port, Optical, Audio Out, and 4 USB ports. Takes the standard monitor/PC power cord (Not included unfortunately) Look it up, these are amazing monitors that were top of the line.

I got the display used a few months back for $175. It worked perfectly and the 4K display is amazing on my gaming computer.

Full Disclosure: I booted up my pc yesterday and there were some weird, light horizontal lines going through the display that flickered from time to time. It was intermittent too. It was still usable, but looked funky. I hooked up my other monitor and didn't have the same problem. So, I assumed something was either wrong with the monitor or my graphics card was struggling to display in 4K. I updated my graphics card (It had a recent, uninstalled driver) and then updated the PC while I was at it. I restarted it, but the issue was still there at first, but significantly better. Frustrated, I turned off the monitor and took a break from it and went to play with my kids. I came back to it an hour later, turned it on and everything was perfect. I ran video, games, desktop applications, web browsers, and stress test videos through it and cannot reproduce the problem. After the video card update, my display settings may have had to re-acclimate to the 4K monitor. Either that, or turning it off and back on did the trick (who would've guessed that!?)

I cannot guarantee that those were in fact the problem though, that's why I'm selling it for $100 instead of $175+. There's a chance it was the monitor. I'm no expert. However, it is in full working order now and has been for 2+ days, and if it gives you any issues in the first 2 days, I'll return your money. These monitors sell used online for between $250-$350 in good working order. Brand new, they go for around $500. It's a serious monitor and totally worth the asking price. I'm selling it because it's a little big and awkward where it's at (my other monitor is more appropriate for a small space), I don't really game in 4K, and my daughters 5th birthday is coming up and we really want to get her a nice educational tablet.

$100 text me. Price is OBO to anyone serious about buying it and is willing to pick it up in a fair amount of time. Local pickup only, I live in South Salem. The only trade I'd be interested in is a video card for a budget build I'm working on. 4GB preferred. Cash is king though. Thanks
