Rates & How I Work:
$50/hour for me
$75/hour for me + 1 helper
If you’re in my service area (Silverton, Scotts Mills, Mt. Angel, Molalla, Mulino), I’d be happy to come by, review your project, and give a clear estimate.
Here’s how I do business:
-I’ll give you an estimate based on the scope of work — but I bill by the hour.
-If unexpected issues come up, I’ll keep you updated — no surprises.
-Once you approve the job, I ask for a labor deposit and material costs up front.
-Your project gets my full attention start to finish — no juggling multiple jobs.
-I’m flexible with scheduling — evenings/weekends available.
-Final payment due once the job is complete and approved.
I always clean up completely, and haul away debris — leaving your space cleaner than I found it.
My goal is simple: to exceed your expectations and be the first person you call next time.
