Diagnosed w/ Rare Condition, Desperate Need of Very Quiet Place (Salem/Surrounding)

About me: I am a woman who up until recently was very adventurous and enjoyed being outdoors, making art, and more. I completed my first semester of graduate school in the Spring. Now, my life has turned upside down, as I was just diagnosed with severe pain hyperacusis, meaning that sounds are painful. It started out with loud noises but now even the sound of light switches and a paper bag triggers a lot of pain. I wear earplugs and earmuffs almost 24/7. Because this is in part a neurological/nervous system disorder (as well as a physical ear issue), I have other symptoms such as extreme fatigue, muscle spasms and more. My ears need significant time to heal; the only treatment for this specific condition I have is as much rest from noise as possible.
I cannot work or go back to school at this time. I am in desperate need of a place to stay at very low cost asap, while I work getting disability support. Something like a basement, detached space or very secluded room. I would even go for a soundproof closet. I have food stamps and have my groceries delivered. I don't need a kitchen; I'm eating minimal soft foods.
I know this might take a miracle. That's what I need unfortunately. The family member I am staying with is moving away, and I can't go with them. I don't have another safe place to stay.
Edit: I now have the ability to pay some rent, and I would be willing to for the right spot-- especially something like a detached cabin/small dwelling.
