* I'm great with pets (no allergies), and kids (a "fun uncle" with two amazing young nephews).
* I don't smoke, I rarely drink (1x-2x monthly), and I don't throw parties.
My needs:
* I need to keep my housing expenses under $800 a month.
* I need street parking for my SUV
* I need enough space to fit a queen size bed, a small computer desk, and a small dresser.
