I bought the van 8 years ago. The odometer says 02,810. I don’t know if it has turned over more than once. I refurbished it over the course of a few years: had a new engine installed (complete Ford 351 rebuild by Portland Engine Rebuilders - now with less than 3000 miles), new flooring, upholstery, windshield, electric fan, electric water pump, etc.. I also added to the lower bed with fold-up cushions. It now sleeps 2 - 4, depending on the height of the occupants.
The van has a refrigerator, sink, 7(?) gallon fresh water tank, 2-burner stove, thermostat-controlled furnace, shore power hookup, swivel seats, table, window covers, awning, and ample storage. It is plumbed and comes with a toilet. Also included are a solar panel, vestibule, toaster oven, and more.
It runs great and is ready to use.
