This class C motorhome runs and drives well. Interior was redone a couple of years ago. Frig needs a temp sensor. The stove, oven, water all of that works. It needs some TLC. there's a spot on the side that the paint started to peel this summer. There is a leak under the back window.So there is some damp wood, but it's not too bad. The roof was completly stripped off and redone a few years ago and I've kept up with sealing it since then. The coach does not have A/C. There are three roof vents with fans that have kept it comfortable enough. There are a few cracks in the windows. Not sure if you can see that in the photo. They do not leak. Lazy Daze made very good windows back in the day. I have all of the paperwork and receipts dating back to the original owner.
