Hello, we are currently accepting applications for our beautiful and spacious almost 2,000 sq ft ranch house with many areas to utilize as far as being separated and having space. We live in the Woodburn Senior Golf Estates with a Pool, hot tub, gym. bollards, many groups and activities, including golf! This house is situated across from the park so the view is fantastic and private so to speak. Looking for either month to month rental or long terms up to you -
Our house has; 1 ½ bathrooms, central heating and AC, large country kitchen, appliances, refrigerator-freezer, garage freezer, washer and dryer, pantry, large patio out back in beautiful private setting, fenced back yard, lot off street parking in front of house, cable TV, wireless internet.
Side NOTES: I can be a Personal assistant, elderly care, or childcare fees if needed fee can be negotiated.
The ROOMS
The small room is 12x12 144 sq ft, fully furnished. with queen bed (so soft and nice and new bed), nightstand, new swivel chair and 40-inch TV. and has a 20 sq ft closet.
The LARGE room - has Queen bed, dressers, nightstands, new couch and hide a bed that so comfy if needed, Bay window, bathroom half bath private and more!
You will have use of all common areas in the rest of the house. The neighborhood is so quiet and nice and great area to walk or exercise so close to freeway or backroads to everywhere! I work from home my office is outback, so I am rarely in the living spaces. I am 63 and fun and love my relationship with Jesus that is non judgmental!
Month to month terms or extended stay. Move in cost prorated 1st month, plus a $35 dollar background fee and a $350 security deposit. $300 of the security deposit is refundable with a 30-day notice of moving.
You must be clean, respectful, honest, and a conscientious adult. You must supply proof of stable income and references and a driver’s license. Please mature and no drama, no criminal stuff, no inside smokers or vaping, no illegal drugs, 420 friendly, an occasional beer, or wine ok, no heavy internet streaming, no pets, or companion pets.
We have TWO family and funny CATS taken very well care of and spoiled rotten. May make acceptation on a pet depending on cats and issues of going potty! House is clean and pet hair free with electric potty boxes
