Hello! I have 1 room in my house for rent that is currently available. It shares a large bathroom (with ample storage and a tub/shower combo). There's also a washer and dryer in the basement. We have a small kitchen with a moderate amount of storage (there are dishes and cooking utensils as well as appliances like an air fryer/instant pot/etc for communal use if wanted), living room for use, and a dining room.
I'm looking for kind, respectable, quiet, and most importantly clean roommate. I have 3 cats that mainly stay down stairs but they do hang out in the common areas. They are super friendly with people (and kind of skittish). No animals are allowed, also no indoor smoking of any kind. There is ample off street parking right in front of the front door.
