I have a 3-bedroom house and am currently renting out two of the bedrooms. The house has just been renovated with new flooring throughout. It's unfurnished, so you’ll have a blank space to make your own.
I’m looking for female roommates who are quiet, friendly, and have a stable income. Rent is $700–$800 per month.
The house also features a garage and a backyard. I won’t be living there most of the time—I only stay occasionally—so you’ll have plenty of privacy.
