Mid thirty’s guy I’m quiet and clean I have 2 dogs and live alone, I work nights so BEING QUIET IN THE DAY IS A MUST! Private bathroom, shared living areas like living room, and kitchen, I own the home it is a nice house, I am definitely pet friendly but no cats. Prefer female roommate, I’m not weird just don’t like living with other dudes and cleaning up their stuff. Must be able to pass a background check I’m willing to accept someone that won’t base to base on the situation.
