What is needed is a person who is inspired by nature, to live and grow in a peaceful environment. A capacity to follow through. Self motivated, able to think on your feet. All utilities included. The third bedroom is for guests and/or family when visiting, and fully furnished. There's a bonus room upstairs with a 20 ft seed starting bench, heating mats, lights, and another couple of beds. There is a 12 ft x 48 ft greenhouse, 7 long and tall raised beds with irrigation, for your use. There's a pond. The soil in the beds is a sandy loam. Easy to plant. I raise sheep and chickens, fruits and vegetables. It is possible to can, freeze, and dehydrate, vegetables and fruits, jellies and jams, salsas and sauces, to eat in Winter months. There's a farm stand where eggs and plants are sold.
There's a tiny house on the property which is currently leased to a young woman. She's a great neighbor and friend.
