About the home:
It is located in a very quiet and peaceful subdivision in the city of Gervais/Woodburn, 20-30mins outside of Portland and 3 min outside of Woodburn. Right next to the all new Amazon building! In addition to the room there is a: shared bathroom, access to the washer and dryer, spacious kitchen and living room / dining room area. Plenty of street parking space as well. The sq, ft of the house is 2,643 on a 6k+ square foot lot. 5min away from shopping access.
The Rental Agreement:
~ 1 Room LEFT (Single room)
~ 6,12 month lease available
~ Signed Rental agreement once approved
~ Utilities are equally split amongst everyone in the house (Water, Sewer, Garbage, WIFI, PGE)
~ Rent for the room $600
- First and Last due at signing
- Room can come furnished or unfurnished.

We are not looking to rent anyone with a pet.
• What we are looking for:
A responsible, accountable, communicative, no-drama individual person (preferably male). Who shares similar household values, doesn't smoke, is very clean, and can provide housing references and pass a credit check/background check if needed. Must be employed or you have income to meet rent requirements in order to always pay rent on time. We are looking for someone who can be on a 90-day lease minimum. We want someone to make this their home and to feel comfortable.
