Are you looking for a property manager position in the heart of Canby? C&R Real Estate Services Co. is seeking a Property Manager for LEASE-UP of an outstanding new CLASS A COMMUNITY in Canby! The Dahlia is an exceptional property, in need of an exceptional manager! These 69 luxuriously finished units will have retail establishments below, elevator access to all floors, a fitness room, lobby with coffee bar and complimentary Wi-Fi!!! This is a great opportunity for an experienced onsite manager! If you choose to live onsite, you will receive a 20% RENT DISCOUNT on your choice of a studio or one-bedroom apartment home. Industry experience with lease-ups is REQUIRED for this position. Our manager will be responsible for all aspects of site management, including meeting lease goals and building/mentoring 3-4 person staff. This position is full-time, Tuesday through Saturday, 40 hours per week.

The Property Manager is responsible for all aspects of leasing apartments, directing staff, and ensuring the property presents itself well. This Manager must be STRONG in marketing, advertising, auditing, account set-up, community outreach and inspections. This individual is NOT required to live onsite, but if they choose to they will receive a 20% discount on rent! This position is eligible for health insurance the first of the month following 60 days of employment.

RESPONSIBILITIES and ABILITIES
The Property Manager is responsible for showing units and screening prospective residents; collection and tracking of payments; placing Craigslist ads and entering data into the computer; preparation of paperwork and notices; maintaining files, records, grounds and common areas. Developing and sustaining courteous relations with residents and vendors is essential to this position.

Minimal Skills:
• Basic MS Office including Word, Outlook and Excel
• Ability to navigate the internet
• Working knowledge of smartphone technology including phone calls, texting, sending/responding to email, photos
• Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplication, division and percentages)
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of property management best practices including Fair Housing law and Landlord Tenant Law
• Superior attention to detail
• Sound judgement and follow through
• Composure under pressure and willingness to learn and take direction
• First class customer service
• Two years related multi-family experience
• Supervisory skills a plus

- Experience with AMSI preferred

The Resident Manager must have great customer service skills, be punctual and detail oriented.
