Knock on Wood LLC provides high–quality residential home inspections throughout the Willamette Valley, including ancillary services like radon testing, sewer scope inspections, and thermal imaging. We partner closely with real estate professionals to help buyers and sellers make confident decisions.
Role Overview
The Brand Ambassador is the face and voice of Knock on Wood within the real estate community. You’ll build and nurture relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and related partners, increase awareness of our services, and help drive consistent referrals and bookings.
This is a relationship-driven, community-focused role ideal for someone who is personable, organized, and comfortable doing outreach in person, by phone, and online.

Key Responsibilities
Relationship Building
Visit real estate offices to introduce Knock on Wood’s services and drop off marketing materials.
Maintain ongoing contact with agents and brokers via calls, emails, pop-by visits, and events.
Schedule and attend coffee meetings, office presentations, and broker tours to deepen partnerships.
Marketing & Outreach
Represent Knock on Wood at local real estate events, industry meetups, community events, and trade shows.
Distribute flyers, postcards, and digital materials to target offices and partner businesses.
Help implement marketing campaigns (email, social media, promotions) aimed at real estate partners.
Education & Presentations
Deliver short, informative presentations at team meetings and office gatherings about:

Radon, sewer scope, and thermal imaging benefits
How we help agents protect their clients and reputation
Share FAQs and resources to make it easy for agents to refer us.
Client Experience Support
Gather feedback from agents and clients to help improve services and identify new opportunities.
Communicate any issues or trends back to the owner so we can continually refine our offerings.
Reporting & Admin
Track outreach activities (visits, calls, meetings) and results (referrals, bookings) in a simple CRM or spreadsheet.
Provide regular updates on progress, opportunities, and challenges.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; genuinely enjoys meeting new people.
Comfortable visiting offices, making calls, and doing light door-to-door business outreach.
Professional, reliable, and able to represent the Knock on Wood brand with integrity.
Organized and self-motivated; able to manage your own schedule and follow-ups.
Basic computer skills (email, Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, social media).
Prior experience in real estate, sales, customer service, or community outreach is a plus but not required.
Work Schedule & Compensation
Part-time, with flexible hours (ideal for someone with another role in real estate or a flexible schedule).
Combination of hourly pay and performance-based incentives/bonuses tied to bookings and referrals.
Mileage reimbursement for approved local travel.
