NOT IN LIVABLE CONDITION. NOT IN REPAREABLE CONDITON. TAKE IT FOR PARTS ONLY!! Pop outs are broken & stuck in out position. MAJOR damage throughout. Roof leaks & soft spots in floor. Door was removed & replacement very poorly installed. Broken/ removed windows. Chassis & tires appear to be in decent condition to the untrained eye.

Was abandoned in Lafayette RV Park. Make contact with manager to look at it. Manager on site 8-12 and available via phone 2-6 Monday - Friday only. No evening or weekend calls please.
