It's a 1979 semi trailer 45 foot it was setup as an office for a couple home business up in Canby Oregon I've lived in it for 2.5 years it needs water and plumbing put into it and a little bathroom put in it has none it's got full walls ceilings and floors it's got full power with 6 large florescent light fixtures throughout it and it's about 400 sq ft so has some room it's got a walled of bedroom with a locking door the whole thing just needs finished or live in it if you've got a shower water and toilet nearby I do so it's worked for me but to be fully liveable by its self it needs finished I bought it for $7k back in 2021 and have lived in it since fall of 2022 I would like to get my $7k back out of it it's still in the same shape as when i bought it it's definitely not perfect but it's in good shape for the price never had any leaks until March when we had a bit of rain it leaked a bit around the window but I looked at it it's just from the caulking giving up recaulk it and it won't leak it's only got the 1 window just give me a text and you can come check it out I'm moving to Britain next year so it will be full of my stuff if that's a problem I could maybe lower the price a bit but not much cause I need all the money I can get to move over there show contact info
