I am needing someone to work directly in my office. This is rental properties, privately owned and requires extensive knowledge of Landlord/Tenant Law's and Salem Housing Section 8. Must have experience with Buildium and general computer skills, requires rental application's, move-in-move- out's, turns be familiar with various rental forms and Oregon Laws. Must be physically able to drive to different sites here in Salem, walking up/down stairs, stooping/bending, posting notice's, post office runs and bank deposits. Must be willing to pass background and be bonded. Very relaxed office, full time. Willing to train the right applicant if agrees to taking class's, seminars and license at owners expense. I am looking for someone that has interest in this line of work!
