Seeking an upbeat, friendly and receptionist with office management duties. As the first person greeting client, a positive demeanor is a must. This is a temporary assignment until 4-15 for busy tax office in Salem. Immediate start. Please note a background check and drug test will be administered.
Strong clerical skills with reception experience, customer service expertise and must be reliable. A high attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are also important. A team player and excellent in communicating both verbally and in writing.
•Proficiency in computer programs, such as Microsoft Word and Excel, and database systems
•Using office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and scanners
•Having basic mathematical skills
•Handling sensitive and confidential information properly
•Performing clerical duties - typing 45wpm+
