Void Manufacturing is just the new name for Lone Wolf Audio, The Daddy of all the HM-2 Clones. You might get yelled at for cutting through his lawn while carrying a TubeScreamer around….. But if you don’t know the Boutique market….. Not as uncommon as you might think haha.
Lone Wolf Audio was more about Metal and Metal adjacent effects. Void Manufacturing still does limited runs of stuff that is more aligned with that, but their bread and butter are Synth Modules these days. Too smart for my dummy brain.
This pedal feels like the middle ground. It’s all about atmosphere. A perfect pedal for interludes both in studio and live. One of my favorite features is the Defender knob and Defender switch. It allows you to cut the signal and go Dry. But the knob makes it so you can go anywhere from completely Dry to just a little less Wet. Interlude over, just hit the switch and all that atmosphere is gone and your blasting into Djenty stuff.
If you check the Gut shot, you can see that there is essentially 3 pedals worth of stuff inside. Which brings me to the size…… She big ya’ll…. So if you’re a fellow lover of the big ones, this will feed that appetite and then some.

“A FV-1 based multi mode digital reverb, along with Analog Modulation, and an Analog SVF(State Variable Filter). The 6 reverb modes change and morph based on where the Safari rotary selector and Clock are set, then you can further add alterations and textures with the modulation section. After that, you can set/negate the peaks and caverns of your tone with the bandwidth and sweep of the SVF.”
