This 2014 Gibson Les Paul Classic features a mahogany body with a flame maple top and a Seafoam Green finish, a mahogany neck with a '60s SlimTaper profile, a TekToid nut, and Kluson locking tuners, a rosewood fretboard with 22 medium jumbo frets, a 12” radius, and trapezoid inlays, and these come equipped with a Gibson '57 Classic in the neck and a Gibson Super '57 in the bridge.
2014…. You’re either a fan or not. Luckily I am a fan and love that 120th Anniversary inlay. Genuinely surprised they’re not more popular, especially this one. Look at that top!!! Though I love a beautiful color and flame, to me the real winner is the contrast of the natural back. The neck on this beauty is one of the most gorgeous I’ve seen on a Gibson.
Stock with a push/pull coil split on each volume pot, 15 db Turbo boost mini-toggle, and a master tone pot with Orange drop capacitor. The tuners have been upgraded with Kluson locking tuners, strap buttons have been upgraded with strap locks.
The condition is Very Good. Some scratching on the back, a couple of dings on the back, a tiny ding on the top. Has wear from being hung on a guitar hanger. Also has a bit of finish bubbling at the tuner for the G string. General play wear. Frets are in great shape. Jack was loose and missing a piece. Thanks to Allparts I fixed it. Jack plate is cracked from over tightening. Has been cleaned up, frets polished, fretboard cleaned and conditioned, new strings. D’Addario 10-46.
Comes with a heavy duty Roadrunner Softcase, matching strap, and Gibson Multi-Tool. No pickguard.
My tools/scale clock everything at
1st fret neck depth .83”
12th fret depth .87”
1st fret width 1.70”
12th fret width 2.09”
