This is a lovely instrument. It's easy to play, and sounds really good!
I gave it a full professional setup, including new strings, a new nut, and graphite saddles (both the nut and saddles were in terrible shape when I got it).

It comes with a new Epiphone hollow-body case (~$100).
Between a really nice guitar, the setup (the saddles were really a headache...), and the case, you're getting a great price.
There are a couple of scratches (not through the finish) in one of the "ears", but other than that, it has only very minor play wear. The frets are great!
