Ever have a mic stand and boom topple over because the boom extend the mic and the combined weight, well Most mics can take a few drops, but a condenser mic is a little ore delicate.

An Atlas heavy duty mic stand. 35lb base that won't easily tip with the weight of heavier microphones with the cord and wind screen.

Perfect for mic over a choir for recording or performance.

Great in the studio giving a solid base reducing kinetic noise. Condenser mics are very sensitive.
