I purchased this piano in 2014 from Picarzo Pianos in Florida while living in Napa, California. Picarzo acquired it from the original owner in New York. I am the second owner. The piano was moved to Salem, OR, in 2017 and has remained in the same climate-stable interior-wall location since.

This K-52 is in excellent condition with very minimal use --I estimate under 10 total hours of playing since I purchased it (I own two grand pianos: a Steinway C and a Steinert B). It was tuned once after the 2017 move and has not been tuned since, yet it continues to hold tuning remarkably well. Many Steinway Ks are known to be sensitive in terms of tuning stability; this one has remained impressively stable.

### Inspection Policy

Serious buyers are welcome to hire their own Piano Technicians Guild technician to inspect the K-52. Inspections apply to **this piano only**. My Steinway C and Steinert B (also in the room) are not part of the sale and are off-limits.

### Moving Policy

For removal from my home, the buyer must use **my professional piano mover**--the same team that moved my Steinway C and other instruments safely up a 15-step exterior staircase. After the piano is brought to ground level, the buyer may use any mover they choose for onward transport.

This is an unusually clean and low-use Steinway K-52. If you are seeking a modern, reliable, professional upright with a walnut veneer, this one will be difficult to match.
