New, unused composite deck boards by Armadillo. Gray with darker gray streaks, called "Steel Wool." Armadillo composite decking is wrapped on all four sides with a polyethylene protective shell to create a natural wood grain finish and protect against fading, weathering, stains, mold, and mildew. It is backed with a manufacturer's 50 year non-prorated guarantee! It is not available in big box stores. It is available through authorized dealers. We purchased it from Rick's Custom Fencing in Brooks three months ago. Most of the boards I have to sell are grooved on the sides for use with "invisible" clips for a smooth, no screws showing installation. The clips also make the installation go quickly so they are called "turbo clips." One clip is required on each side of a board every 16". These materials are left over from our deck project. I purchased too many and the business wants 15% restocking fee to return them. I'd rather knock a bit more off and pass along a good deal on a great product to a fellow DIY'er. The prices are 20% off the retail price that we paid. I would prefer to sell them all as a lot, but I will break it up if you want to buy fewer than all of them. Clips are sold separately and will be sold only with the purchase of boards. Cash only, no trades, no delivery. Price is not negotiable. GROOVED BOARDS
7 boards at 16 feet $56.00 each (retail was $70.40 each)
2 boards at 20 feet $70.00 each (retail was 88.00 each)
1 board at 9 feet $31.50 (retail would be $39.60)
2 boards at 6 feet $21.00 each (retail would be $26.40 each)

Total is 173 lineal feet, approximaely 86.5 square feet.

FLAT SMOOTH EDGES
1 board at 13 feet that does not have grooved sides. $45.50 (retail would be $57.20)
This is used for the out side edge so no groove is showing or as a fascia board to cover the groove on the outside board. It is screwed down using deck screws through the board. Aproximately 6.5 square feet.

The Armadillo "turbo clips" for mounting the grooved boards come in strips of 16 clips. Each individual clip sells for 55 cents so each strip of 16 cost $8,80. I have 12 strips of 16 plus 7 more on a partial strip that cost $109.45. My selling price is $88.00.

Complete package price of all 13 boards (93 square feet) and the "turbo clips" is $739.00. The retail price we paid for these materials was $927.65. Your savings is $188.65.
