Help with brakes (Willamina)

I'm out in Willamina if you don't know where that is don't respond please I don't want to explain to you, you live too far for this job.

I can't get the rotor off, I can see the star wheel and I'm clicking it but I've retracted both ways many times and I've been hitting it with a hammer. It's a 2004 Dodge Durango and the port for the star wheel is on the inside under the axle. I have it on stands but I've never done one of these before, I just need somebody with experience to come out and help me pop this off. I'll pay 50 bucks show me what I'm doing wrong. Once again if you don't live in the area don't respond to this. But if you're from Dallas Sheridan Mac Lincoln City area respond to this email
