Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Home Care Services and Concierge departments.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure quality care in accordance with written service plans.
- Coordinate services with other community health care providers.
- Match care assignments with caregiver abilities, skills, and competence.
- Promote a culture of compassion, teamwork, and integrity among staff.
Position & Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Alternatively, 2+ years of experience managing a Home Care department or similar business operation.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to deal tactfully with staff, residents, families, and public agencies.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to quickly learn new software systems; prior experience with scheduling and billing software preferred.
