I have a 1988 Fleetwood Jamboree motorhome listed for sale. It runs well and would make a solid option for someone needing a place to live on land, but it’s not in great cosmetic shape. Mostly it just needs a good cleaning, decluttering, and staging to look more appealing to buyers.

I’m looking for someone who has experience with selling RVs, flipping campers, or staging vehicles/homes who can:

Clean and stage the RV

Take good photos for Craigslist/Marketplace

Help field buyers and show it, if possible

Payment: I’ll pay you a percentage of the final sale price (to be agreed upon) once it sells. Asking price is $3600, hoping to get around $3300.

If you’re handy with this kind of project and know how to make an older RV shine, this could be quick cash for you.
