Full Time Apartment Maintenance Position available with a well established property management company based in Turner, OR.
We are looking for a well rounded individual to join our maintenance crew. We provide maintenance for several apartments, duplexes and houses throughout the valley. Each day you will report to our main office in Turner and be dispatched out to our different properties. Transportation is provided but you will need to bring your own basic tools. Specialty tools will be provided as needed. Crew takes turns responding to after hours emergency calls on rotation, but please note some after hours work may be required. This is a year round/full time position, with overtime hours possible depending on schedule. Paid vacation and holidays.
This position requires a wide range of tasks that may include but is not limited to:
Sheet Rock repairs
Painting
Subfloor/framing
Appliance Repairs and installation
Electrical
Plumbing
Basic household repairs, such as door and blind installation
We are willing to train the right candidate.
