Experience required-Daily lawn care route work.
Construction experience a plus.
Primary duties include but not limited to:
• Mow and edge lawns as needed
• Weed and turn bark-dust flowerbeds as needed
• Blow driveways and parking lots weekly
• Trim hedges and shrubs as needed
• Fertilize as needed (seasonal)
• Apply bark dust to flowerbeds as needed (seasonal)
• Pressure wash parking lots, sidewalks, and buildings as needed
• Clean gutters and roofs (seasonal)
• Maintain irrigation systems
• Maintain lawn care equipment
• Perform light building maintenance (e.g., fence repair, gutter repair, etc.)
• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass a background check
Pay: $20.00–$22.00 DOE
