**Position:** Cleaning Technician
**Location:** Salem / Willamette Valley area
**Start:** ASAP
**Pay:** DOE / Based on experience and reliability

**Cleaning experience is preferred, but not at all required.** We are happy to train the right person if you have a strong work ethic, good attitude, and are serious about being part of a dependable team.
**Job duties may include:**
* Residential cleaning
* Move-out cleaning
* Apartment turnover cleaning
* Post-construction cleaning
* Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, wiping surfaces
* Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
* Cleaning windows, baseboards, doors, and detailed areas
* Following company checklists and quality standards
* Taking before-and-after photos when needed
* Communicating with the team and management
