🎯 Position Details:
• Role: Production Worker
• Location: Mulino, OR
• Schedule: Variable – Saturdays required, Sundays off, flexibility available Monday-Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Pay: $18/hour
📋 What You'll Do:
Transform feed into packaged products for our community's animals! Your day includes:
• Filling bags with animal feed for retail customers
• Storing feed bags efficiently in warehouse space
• Assisting customers by loading heavy purchases into truck beds/cars
• Palletizing bags of animal feed
• Maintaining a clean, OSHA-compliant workspace
✅ Requirements:
• 1-3 months of recent related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to frequently stand, bend, lift, and reach to perform necessary job functions and tolerate hot/humid work environment (indoor/outdoor worksite)
• Must be able to work in environment containing allergens (from feed and hay) or dust/airborne particles
• Frequently required to lift/push/pull/carry weight up to 50 pounds; worker may be exposed to hazards such as repetitive lifting
• Ability to perform basic math to ensure correct volume/feed ratios
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
