Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (with the possibility of weekend work as needed)
Location: McMinnville, Oregon
Assignment Length: 4–6 weeks
What You’ll Do
Perform minor repairs to barns, buildings, fences, and other fairground facilities
Assist with grounds maintenance and event preparation
Help keep public areas clean, organized, and fair-ready
Identify and report safety concerns around the property
Support post-fair cleanup and restoration projects
Work independently and as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications
Dependable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
Comfortable performing physical labor and working outdoors
Ability to use hand tools and complete general maintenance tasks
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Previous maintenance, painting, construction, or facility support experience required
Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Insurable driving record
