I have a small asphalt paving business I do residential and some commercial work also do seal coating looking for someone that’s been on an Asphalt crew that knows how to chain and unchain the equipment and loaded and unloaded, the equipment and also how to rake asphalt and shovel and tamp and use the asphalt roller and operate a skid loader to grade and prep a driveway …. Not just driving a skid loader around. Pay starts from 150 a day to 250 a day depending on what you know.
