Join our straw baling crew for the 2026 harvest season!
We're looking for hardworking, reliable people to operate tractors and equipment during our busy summer baling season.
📅 Season runs from early July through mid-August
💰 Starting Pay: $17/hour
💰 Opportunity for higher wages based on experience and performance
💰 End-of-season bonus
Experience operating tractors or farm equipment is preferred, but not required. We'll train motivated individuals who are willing to work hard and learn.
