This is a temporary to hire opportunity with comprehensive medical/dental package upon direct hire.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety—no two days are the same.
This is not a desk job—you’ll be actively working on repairs, maintenance, and keeping the property running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:
• Perform general building and grounds maintenance
• Conduct routine inspections and address repair needs
• Handle basic repairs including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and minor masonry work
• Respond to maintenance requests from staff in a timely manner
• Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
• Coordinate and oversee outside vendors or subcontractors when needed
What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance, construction, or facilities experience
• Experience with carpentry, drywall, plumbing, or general repairs
• Ability to troubleshoot and fix issues independently
• Comfortable using tools and equipment (hand & power tools)
• Valid Oregon driver’s license
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Physical Requirements:
• Regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
