Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery to collect, compress, bind, and package glass fiber
Use a hydraulic lift truck to move finished products
Inspect materials for visual quality and ensure weight standards are met
Clear machine jams and report any issues
Seal and label finished bales, and log weight, time, and tracking details
Follow ISO quality procedures and internal safety standards
Assist with line maintenance and general facility cleanup as needed
Qualifications:
At least 3 months of related work experience, training, or education
Ability to read instructions, complete logs, and perform basic math
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in warm, noisy environments
Comfortable with repetitive motions including bending, kneeling, stretching, and climbing stairs
Willingness to wear required PPE: steel-toed boots, hearing protection, and safety glasses
Job Highlights:
